A lifelong resident of Cecil County, Lyn graduated from North East High School.  Her entire career has been focused on wills and estates.  She learned the basics working in a local office while raising a family and completing her paralegal studies.  Before being elected in 1998, she worked as Chief Deputy Register of Wills to learn the functions of the office and continued her studies in accounting, computers, mediation and attended countless  probate seminars. 


Her experience, training and knowledge uniquely qualifies her to serve you.  Her education and familiarization with estate law and overseeing the proper and timely administration of thousands of estates have provided her with the expertise necessary to handle often-complicated matters and complex litigation.
